Physdoku (Prototype)

This was just a little game I made for a final at school. Someday I hope to expand upon it!

GOAL: Fill out the sudoku puzzle by launching numbers like pool balls onto the board

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Left click anywhere outside the grid to place the ball

• Left click anywhere outside the ball and move your cursor to aim

• Left click and hold down to charge the shot, release to shoot the ball

• Right click on any blank square on the grid to create a "sticky" square, the first ball to touch this square will snap to it and count as a number added to the puzzle

  • After a ball sticks to a square the square is no longer sticky AND the ball can now be displaced if it is hit and will be removed from the puzzle
  • Only one sticky square can exist as a time
  • Right click again on a sticky square to remove it
  • Right click on any ball that YOU added to the puzzle to lock it in place, this prevents it from being dislodged if it is hit by another ball, right click again to unlock it
  • NOTE: balls to not have to be locked to count towards solving the puzzle

• The lower left corner displays which number ball you will get next

• If you do not want to use your current ball you can left click the square in the upper right corner to save it for later

  • If there is currently nothing saved you will switch to the next ball in line, if there is already a ball there then your current ball will swap with the saved one

• If you want to reset the puzzle left click the reset button NOTE: This can only be clicked after all balls are finished moving and before you place your next ball

PLEASE NOTE that the puzzle generator is still a bit wonky and it may generate a board with multiple solutions but will still only accept one specific solution as being correct. If you need a new puzzle please close the game and reopen it.
